*-Belize does have workers that are in need of descent jobs, this development may help stop some of the worker exodus to foreign countries where they take local jobs and send most of the money back to Belize, and this helps to deplete the foreign countries local economy.
*-It takes land, time, money, people, equipment and knowledge to sustain and supply a large customer base that can keep the operation profitable. Also when considering this commercial agriculture project; please keep in mind the time frame from land purchase to harvest, then from harvest through production lines, and then to market; there is really no shortcuts in this agriculture, and processing business, as Mother Nature has seen to this
*-A 2000cow automated robotic dairy will supply milk products locally and internationally.
*-As we will need a stable source of electricity to power all of the development needs, a 10MW/20MWh solar plant will make a good ROI and abundant power for the development needs.
